Winter Weather

Winter safety matters because the colder months bring unique risks that affect workers’ health, productivity, and workplace operations. It is important to recognise the increased risks that winter brings, even to hazards that are still present all year round as the cold and wet can increase both the likelihood of an incident happening, and the severity of the incidents that do happen.
